It was an all round brilliant experience, the staff were the politest that I have come across, service was second to none and the spa and general surroundings were faultless. The Michelin star restaurant and provision of a luxury car to use free of charge topped off a great couple of days and a great experience. Needless to say, we will be visiting again!
I have no complaints. If I did have any, I have no doubt that they would have been dealt with in a matter of minutes.

Whatley manor is beautiful. We loved the comfortable classic double room and the lovely spa facilities. The location is great, and we enjoyed the tasty meal in greys, even if the menu was a bit limited. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
service at the bar was a bit slow.

Notwithstanding the fact that the hotel was fully booked, you felt as if you were the only people there and the staff were focused on making your stay as perfect as possible. The food in the dining room is excellent and a great atmosphere.

easy access to malmesbury's parks and historic landmarks
during my recent stay, I was thrilled to discover beautiful Malmesbury Abbey just a short walk away, and the scenic Abbey House Gardens provided a lovely backdrop for my city strolls, making it easy to soak up the charm of the area.

Location near boutique shops, many Michelin restaurants and that relaxing romantic getaway or gourmet bolthole. Also, near the stream. Amazing food served, sensational breakfast.

This was the first time my wife and I have been in a position to stay at this kind of hotel. We both found the experience to most enjoyable and would recommend the hotel and restaurant to anyone who was looking for outstanding food and facilities. The best food we have ever tasted. Thank you. Gary and Joanne.

Amazing michelin starred restaurant, fabulous spa facilities and a real treat for a weekend away in luxury!
It was a tiny bit cold in places but we quickly warmed up in front of the open fires :)

Staff excellent
Food in Le Mazot was poor surprisingly .Our previous stay food in same brasserie was very good .Normally we prefer Brasserie to fine dining .BUT would not eat in mazot again .The Macaroni was giant size pasta and was tasteless, one portion had to be changed to beef , which was OK . Main courses of lamb and beef again was OK . Rosti was poor .A much better meal was had at the Vine Tree for lunch on Saturday .Finally you booked golf for us at The Woodbridge Park. May I suggest you never do that again for any of your guests ..........it was probably the worst golf course I have played on .

The grounds were gorgeous, and we enjoyed the super spa. We explored local culture and tried a unique shooting experience, a blast! Definitely worth it, just be ready for an early wake-up from maintenance outside.
The only downside was being woken up early at 7:30 by maintenance of a water feature outside my room, a bit annoying during a relaxing getaway.
